• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only if the accessory has not been worn, tried on, or altered in any way.

We kindly ask clients to inspect their item upon delivery. If there are any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos.

Please note:

• Change-of-mind returns are only accepted if the item remains unused.
• Once an accessory has been worn or used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
