Bridal Booking

A bridal consultation is required for all bridal bookings. This allows us to understand your vision, discuss details, and ensure the perfect service is delivered on your wedding day.

Bridal Hair Drop-Off
All bridal hair must be dropped off at minimum 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment date. This allows adequate preparation time and ensures your service runs smoothly.

Booking Fees
Applicable to all services, a 25% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from your total price.

The remaining balance is due before or upon the artist’s arrival at the appointment and can be paid via PayID, PayPal, or cash.

Late Policy
To ensure all clients receive their full service, a late fee of $2 per minute will apply if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time (not early or late), as late arrivals may impact the service provided.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments will be automatically cancelled if you are 20 minutes late.

If you need to reschedule, this must be done at least 12 hours before your appointment time.

Travel Policy
Local travel is charged by kilometre (each way) AND other booking requirements.

We do not travel to locations over 2 hours away unless alternative transport (e.g. Uber or taxi) is arranged at the client’s expense.

Clients are responsible for all interstate and international travel costs. An International Booking Agreement will be sent upon booking.

For non-bridal bookings, travel is available for groups of 4 or more clients only.

Standalone bridal services (hair-only or makeup-only) incur a $99 out-of-studio fee for Monday–Saturday bookings.

Client Consent – Photos & Videos
By booking a service with BELLE, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during or after your appointment for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, please advise us prior to your appointment.

BÈLLE BRIDAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Booking Fee, Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms

This Agreement is entered into between BÈLLE (“Artist”) and Client upon payment of the booking fee.

1. Reservation of Wedding Date

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the wedding date. No date is reserved until the booking fee has been received.

Payment of the booking fee reserves the Artist’s availability exclusively for Client’s event date and acknowledges that other enquiries for that date may be declined once the booking is secured.

2. Nature of Booking Fee

Client acknowledges that the booking fee is a retainer to reserve the wedding date and is not a refundable fee.

The booking fee compensates the Artist for, including but not limited to:

• Exclusive reservation of the event date
• Loss of opportunity from declined enquiries
• Administrative preparation, planning, and correspondence
• Business commitments made in connection with reserving the date

For these reasons, the booking fee is non-refundable.

3. Client Cancellation

If the Client cancels the booking for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, postponement, relationship breakdown, venue changes, or cancellation of the wedding, all amounts paid toward the booking fee shall remain non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Client does not release the Client from these agreed terms.

4. Rescheduling

If the Client reschedules the wedding date, the Artist may, at their sole discretion and subject to availability, transfer the booking to a new date.

Transfer of booking is not guaranteed and is subject to Artist availability.

A date change may be treated as a cancellation if the Artist is unavailable for the proposed new date.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In documented extraordinary circumstances, including verified death of a spouse or other verifiable tragic event (directly impacting the booking), the Artist may, at sole discretion, consider discussing alternative arrangements, including service credit or other accommodation.

Any exception is entirely discretionary and does not create an obligation for refund.

6. Service Credit Option

Where approved by the Artist, a portion of the booking fee may be applied as credit toward another BÈLLE service within six (6) months of cancellation.

Credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expires if unused.

7. No Refund Policy

Client acknowledges and agrees that under normal circumstances the booking fee is non-refundable.

Client further acknowledges that the booking fee is intended to cover losses incurred through reserving the event date and does not depend on services being provided.

By paying booking fee, you agree to these terms and condition.
